We no longer can afford to develop and execute grand strategies that are based on limited gains or benefits where only some human being or society will benefit while others including neighbours suffered. This will prolong existing chaos or conflict between societies of the globe that we live in.

I will like to advocate what I call – the Eastern Blue sky strategies – for the glorification of business or government or non governmental organisations i whatever they seek to achieve in this glove as long as benefiting all without any exception or reservation whatsoever.

Eastern BSS i had advocated is that it is based on attaining human dignity that will lead to enriching human civilisation – higher values beyond profit seeking. This means Eastern BSS recognises only strategy that is seeking human dignity. In this respect it means strategy that is defining seeking material gain or money is just a positive means of developing or attaining human dignity as long as it does not contradict it.

Eastern BSS means creating a new brand of human values or civilisation. Eastern BSS therefore means creating new value or brand of human being and its civilisation – human dignity. Human dignity also means creating and achieving an evil-free strategies and goals to be achieved by any society or its government.
Eastern BSS must be linked to general good or noble values acceptable to all mankind. It need to be beyond micro matter or aim such as seeking profits or material wealth or even creating new technology.

We must get to agree that human dignity relates or refers to promoting and excercising good values and culture. It therefore must be beyond accumulating money or material wealth. In fact, human dignity means we are promoting and excercising good things onto ourselves and onto others whether in the marketplace, society or government.
This is a general contribution to human dignity – new human civilisation.

Eastern Blue sky strategy (East-BSS) which I had advocated must be based or in compliance with acceptable set of good human values. But it should not be based or determined by any particular government – USA, Russia, China or the U.K. Only in this way that we can freely promote together no matter where we are operating the East-BSS to achieve what I may term as ‘the next horizon of success’ East-BSS for realising a new brand human being or civilisation that has a freewill to do good things to others and also prevent others from doing bad or evil things onto others.
BSS that I advocated is in line with seeking this new brand human being with new values, thought and civilisation that stresses on promoting and doing good things to oneselves and also onto others at the same time.

East -BSS can assist to promote or develop ‘a complete human’ that is, human with possession of healthy brain(mind) and thoughts(thinking) as well as code of behaviorus (ethics) that is capable of generating unlimited good values, knowledge, innovation & modernisation to attain human dignity.
This will ensure the freedom and safety and prosperity of society – free movement and prosperity of people and business and trade.

First of all, I believe that setting up traditional strategy, objectives, vision, values within any organisation is here to stay. Employees need a direction and guidelines. Operations will ultimately be operations. If a manufacturing firm is to make toys they will continue to do that and they will have to continue to monitor stocks, inventory, market demand / supply, trends and so on.

However, the process of doing these can be done the Enterprise 2.0 way.

All these steps are required to have a fundamentally and structurally sound company. Enterprise 2.0 facilitates these activities and in fact I can see some of these activities running concurrently to some degree.

Enterprise 2.0 is no magic potion to solve the world’s problem, in fact its just an attitude and enabler. Which more than likely will raise a whole new set of problems.
