Synergising People and Technology
Its been close to 1.5 years since I changed the looks of my blog. Last night, my TinyMCE visual editor died for some reason and I decided that I needed some colours on my blog. Its way too boring. Template is boring, posts are not colourful and enhanced with graphics. I am not quite an artistic person but I shall try my best to improve on my blog posts and have more colours and pictures.
So here I am – new looks but same content. Do you like it?

Change is neat, pleasing and professional
Though some suggestions –
1. Can put Tag / category in cloud and move categories / Tags further up in the sidebar
2. Use of dropdown menu or calender for archives can help you save some space
3. Disclaimer / twitter / bookmark / Linked in can move down and comments up in side bar
4. Use of friendly headings instead of standard Recent posts / archives etc will be good idea
5. Hanging Link on Enterprise 2.0 implementation succuess factors …can be titled with Random post or may be to show posts which are getting max clicks
6. Two options to subscribe .. one on top and one in side bar …
All this is matter of adding some wordpress addons … might help in organizing things ..what say?
