Thanks Mary. Hope you enjoy this series. I totally agree with you on Management 2.0. As I move along my studies, I feel that Enterprise 2.0 is really a change not only in culture but strategies, attitudes, way people do things and treat others. Bosses are no longer tyrants like in the industrial age.

I look forward to hearing more. The question of Enterprise 2.0 is really a question of Management 2.0–can an organization remake itself to maximize the value of the knowledge of its community? That’s a bottoms-up questions. And it’s the basic challenge for the 21st century corporation.
