I am attest that finding good help in collaboration and Web2.0/ Enterprise 2.0 is really hard. The problem with a lot of &#039;initiatives&#039; is that they&#039;re just that &#039;initiatives&#039; -- separate from the real work that goes on. This is a must-fail scenario.

Facilitating collaboration at the &#039;point of work&#039; is the goal. Getting there is wholly dependent on a whole lot of things that have to be assessed. It&#039;s not rocket science, but it also can&#039;t be self-help medicine. When you&#039;re really sick you eventually go to the doctor to evaluate the situation. Sadly, in this case it&#039;s a lot harder to find competent help.</description>
